Sam Payne Bring Home Win Number Two for Gary's Speed Shop
Gary Sevenans say's he has a knack for picking winners. Apparently he does because for the second time this season his black number 97 Chevrolet has won with a different driver.
Missouri's own Sam Payne took home the checkered flag in the 100 lap main event held at USA Speedway in Bolivar, MO. Payne, a former late model champion at the track, had never driven a PRO Supertruck but had thousand of laps around the speedway to his credit.
The win was not an easy one though as Payne had to contend with series points leader Steve Allison and Ron Poladna, who also has thousands of laps on this track. Bolivar is also home for Poladna giving him even more incentive to take home the checks. The trio battled through out the event swapping the lead numerous times, eventually lapping the entire field.
Final finishing positions were: Payne, Allison, Poladna, Joe Madore, Richard Harrison, CJ Smith, Greg Moore, Jeff Hughes, Wade Jarvis, Rob Ryan.
